Stop refreshing your computer!

Since we had learned using a computer we all have made a very common habit that was refreshing our computer. After our computer gets started we started refreshing it by pressing the refreshing button as shown in the picture or by keep pressing the F5 Button. But this is totally a wrong concept. First, we have to know what the purpose of this refresh option. If we use the internet then it is known to us that there is also a refresh option when we are browsing a website or webpage. The purpose of this option is to get the latest news or updates of a webpage. Similarly, we have to use the system refresh option only when we need some of our systems element to be totally updated. For example, our computer's time might not be updated. So after connecting our computer to the internet if we press the refresh button then we will get the updated time. Otherwise pressing the refresh button will make our computer slower rather than making it faster.
